Waiter / Chelner - Relocation to Madeira We are looking for friendly people to join our café team in Madeira, Portugal in a universal role.This position includes full relocation support to Madeira, provided by us. Key responsibilities:- Welcome customers warmly and deliver a great guest experience- Take orders and operate the cash register / POS system- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to café standards- Arrange and restock display cases and the work area- Keep the bar, customer area, and storage rooms clean and tidy- Receive deliveries and relocate/move stock and supplies Requirements:- Positive, friendly, customer-oriented attitude- Ability to work in a team and under pressure- Speed, tidiness, and attention to detail- Previous HoReCa experience is a plus (not required – training provided)- Willingness to relocate to Madeira, Portugal- Valid work documents (Romanian / Bulgarian passport)- Fluency in English or Portuguese is a strong plus What we offer:- Full relocation package to Madeira (we handle and cover the move)- Assistance with arrival and settling in (accommodation support, paperwork guidance)- Legal employment contract in line with Portuguese labor law- Young, dynamic work environment in a beautiful island setting- Real opportunities for promotion within the team
