Night Shift Manager (Winter Season 2026–2027) Balder Luxury Lodge – Levi, Finnish LaplandWe are looking for a Night Shift Manager to join our team for the 2026–2027 winter season.Our luxury boutique hotel combines the breathtaking beauty of Finnish Lapland with exceptional hospitality and premium accommodation. The main lodge features 16 luxury suites, an elegant lounge area, and a 50-seat fine dining restaurant. Just 100 meters from the main building, guests can experience the magic of Lapland in our 8 exclusive glass igloos.Key Responsibilities• Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during night shifts.• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.• Handle guest requests and resolve challenging situations efficiently.• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.• Perform night audit and administrative duties when required.Requirements• A minimum of one year of experience in an international hotel or hospitality environment.• Fluent English (additional Nordic or other foreign languages are considered an advantage).• Excellent communication skills with a professional and courteous manner.• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for hospitality.• Positive attitude, confidence, and excellent problem-solving skills.• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.What We Offer• A unique opportunity to work in the heart of Finnish Lapland.• A responsible and versatile role in an exclusive luxury boutique hotel.• Support from a dedicated and professional international team.• An unforgettable experience in one of Finland's most spectacular destinations.Employment type: Full-timeSeason: 1 October 2026 – 30 April 2027Salary: €1,500 per monthPlease send your CV and a motivation letter in English to: elena@easytravel.eu.
