Experienced Barista | Relocation to Madeira Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers warmly and deliver a great guest experience- Take orders and operate the cash register / POS system- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to coffee standards- Arrange and restock display cases and the work area- Keep the bar, customer area, and storage rooms clean and tidy- Receive deliveries and relocate/move stock and suppliesRequirements:- Positive, friendly, customer-oriented attitude- Ability to work in a team and under pressure- Speed, tidiness, and attention to detail- Previous Barista experience is a strong plus- Fluency in English (B2) or Portuguese is a strong plus- European or Ukrainian passport (with protection regime)What We Offer:- Legal employment contract- Young, dynamic work environment in a beautiful island setting- Real opportunities for promotion within the team- Accommodation, flight and lunches from our side- We can offer short term contract (2-3 months) or undetermined contractInterested candidates are kindly asked to send their CV to ana.k@techork.com and we will follow up with them shortly.Location: Caminho João Fernandes Correia, 39Seixal, Madeira
